By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.

▶GENERAL
Commissions are for Personal Use only. My artwork may be used as profile pictures, banners and posting on Socials with credit.
AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.
I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.
Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within 1 week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.
Please provide all feedback at the sketch stage.
▶REVISIONS
Revisions are only available during the sketch phase. Once sketches are approved, no further changes will be made unless due to an error on my part. Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost.
▶INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.
I may use the artwork to:
Promote myself and my services.
Post on social media and in my portfolio.
I still retain the right to showcase the commission as my own work and use for promotion / portfolio purposes UNLESS asked otherwise by the client themselves.

PAYMENTS & FEES◀
All payments are upfront in full through the agreed platform.
Payments will be only received through PayPal, Artistree, Kofi or Robux
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY◀
Commissions may take up to 1/2 months depending on complexity, queue, personal matters or work. Will keep you updated if delays occur.
REFUNDS◀
I may cancel and refund a commission at any time. You may cancel before payment is made. Once payment is received, refunds are not available.
COMMISSIONER RIGHTS◀
You may:
Use the artwork for personal purposes only. Print the art for yourself.
Post it on Social Media with credit to "@redd_kiwi"
You may NOT:
Use the artwork commercially without permission. Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me. Remove signatures/watermarks. Resell or redistribute the artwork.
BLACKLIST POLICY◀
Breaking these rules may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence). The blacklist may be shared with other artists.
